My first treatment for underarm and full bikini was absolutely amazing. My skin is the smoothest it has been since I can remember, I am so happy with the results and even after just the first treatment. I'm so glad Charmz did my first treatment she is very professional, friendly, warm and will make you very comfortable throughout the treatment. She explained all the different aspects of the procedure and what to expect in an easy way so that it was very clear since it was my first laser hair removal. They also have a great location and the treatment rooms is also very cozy and clean. I’m very pleased with the whole experience!

Got my first laser hair removal treatment (upper lip, underarm and full arms) here and my overall experience was great. It has been almost a month since my treatment and the hair growth is little to none. Charmz and Angie were very friendly and understanding. I also appreciated that they were honest on how the treatment would feel and went over the post-treatment care tips. Lastly, the treatment room was very clean and sanitary. I would definitely come back and continue with my laser hair removal treatment to achieve smoother skin.

I had my second laser hair removal treatment today (underarms, full bikini), and I’m very glad I chose Ideal Image for this treatment. After the first session, I had very little hair come back at all and was extremely happy with the results. The staff has been very friendly and professional. The Nurse Practitioners explained everything to me and were great.

Inside is very nice and the staff is very nice as well. They offered water as I waited. Angie who did my service is wonderful - very honest and informative about my treatment and pain level. She is very thorough and did a great job!

Angie and Charmz are amazing at what they do. They really helped me and made me feel comfortable when I was getting the treatment done. I’m grateful to have met two awesome ladies. To whoever reads this, just do it. They are simply the best.

I went to Ideal image in Schaumburg to get some botox done, both preventative and to help me with my major 11s! Tahely was my nurse practitioner and she was an absolute pleasure to have! She is so warm and friendly. Tahely talked me through every step even while she mapped it out. The place is beautiful, super clean, sanitized and modern. She was so gentle and painfree! I've had previous botox injections before and some of them just hurt and were uncomfortable. I highly recommend you visit ideal image if you're looking to touch up some problem areas or need some preventative work. Tahely is the best and I will keep coming back to see her! 10/10.

I am in my late 60s and newly retired so this was a gift to myself. Charms (sp?), Lauren and Patti were all delightful and sweet and made me laugh. The injections weren't painful at all and I am extremely happy with the results. I look refreshed and more youthful, but not frozen or plastic - which is exactly what I wanted. The office is beautiful, clean and modern and is exactly what you would expect a business like this to be. I'll be telling all of my friends about it!
