Truly everyone I meet was wonderful. But Mary was amazing! This was my first time with laser hair removal, and she took the time to answer any questions and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding. Looking forward to my next treatment!

The Raleigh Ideal Image has a very clean, friendly, and professional atmosphere. The front desk staff is nice and efficient. I’ve also had two laser hair seasons done here, one by Mary and one by Faith. Both are extremely welcoming and made sure i was comfortable while getting my treatments done. While the time was going by each separate time, we chatted. The overall experience is very pleasant as well as Mary and Faith.

Alina had a great personality and was very communicative about the process of cool-sculpting. She’s very efficient, friendly and personable! I’m extremely pleased and can’t wait to work with her again!

The provider, Faith, was kind, patient, professional, & answered all my questions. I could not be happier with the results! Additionally, the front office staff and Michael Davis, provided top notch customer service. Truly some of the best customer service have ever experienced in any establishment. Michael went above & beyond. The entire team is well educated and made for an incredible visit.

Absolutely amazing! Came in today to receive fillers and botox and was greeted pleasantly by Anthony and the whole experience was perfect. I was nervous but Ashley who provided the services spent time going over everything with me and making sure that everything was to my liking. She did incredible work and I feel valued here. I love this Ideal Image and will continue to come back!
